Ryan’s Construction, Development and Maintenance Limited is a long established Chartered building, refurbishment and design company based in Chalfont St Giles. We operate in Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and London.

The Company has completed a varied portfolio of property construction, refurbishment and restoration projects in and around our Chalfont St Giles office base, working in areas including Beaconsfield, Chorleywood, Amersham, Gerrads Cross, Chalfont St Peter and Rickmansworth to name but a few.

We have a wealth of experience in construction, design and property maintenance and we have a real desire to meet our clients’ requirements whilst at the same time delivering effective and prompt solutions based on many years of experience in the building industry.
Gordon Ryan
Gordon has worked in the construction industry for over thirty years and established Ryan's CDM in 1995. Gordon is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and has a wealth of knowledge in planning legislation, design and construction.
He lives with his wife and two daughters in Chalfont St Giles and is keen cyclist and enjoys travelling.
Lawrence Fenwick
Lawrence joined Ryan's in 2012 and has worked in the construction industry for over thirty five years. Lawrence is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and has a background in Project planning & programming, mechanical and electrical installations and contract management. He lives with his partner in Chalfont St Giles and enjoys walking, playing golf and spending time with his friends and family.
