- Liaising with Architects, Planners and Designers
- Producing drawings and specification
- Providing budget costs and tendering works
- Carrying out on site inspections, issuing defects reports and agreeing valuations
We also provide Construction Design and Management services including:
- Providing Advice to our Clients on information required for Health and Safety Plans and collating that information if instructed. Submission of statutory notification to the HSE.
- Ensuring competence of designers and principal contractors.
- Liaising with Principal Contractors to ensure smooth transfer of responsibility for Health and Safety Plans.
- Providing advice to our clients, as required, on the content and quality of submitted Health and Safety Plans at Project completion
